Opt-In Management
To provide you with the best possible support in achieving your financial goals, we always try to customise our advice and support to suit your needs individually and precisely.
Therefore we need your voluntary consent.
In the "Subscription Centres" in your Deutsche Bank Online Banking, as well as in your Deutsche Bank Mobile App, you are able to view the current status of your consent (also opt-in) and adjust the status if necessary.
You can currently manage three different consents in the Subscription Center. Each consent is briefly described and detailed information on individual terms can be displayed by clicking the blue highlighted words. Clicking on "Your consent in detail" provides you a PDF document in which you can see the entire scope of the consent at a glance.
You can use the sliders to adjust the status of your consent. When the slider is on the left side, your consent is inactive. When the slider is on the right side, you have consented to the particular opt-in.
You can revoke your consent - also individually or partially - at any time and without influence on the contractual business relationship.

With your consent to the commercial opt-in, we can inform you either by telephone or by e-mail about current offers to enhance your finances.
These include e.g. investments, pensions, loans and digital financial services.
We also make use of offers from our cooperation partners BHW Bausparkasse AG, DWS Investment GmbH and Zurich Versicherungsgruppe.
Transactional Analysis
With your consent to the transaction analysis opt-in, we can offer you even more individual services and products at the time that suits you best by analysing data from your payment transactions.
In this way, you will receive offers from us that are even more tailored to your needs and you will be able to benefit even more from the products and services of Deutsche Bank AG and its third-party partners.
Of course, your data will not be passed on and will be processed exclusively by Deutsche Bank AG.
Beyond Banking
With your consent to the BeyondBanking Opt-In, you will receive exclusive offers from our third-party partners from non-financial subject areas by electronic mail and if consented also by telephone.
For example, you benefit from offers from e.g. "Consumption, Leisure, Mobility", "Multimedia and Technology", or "Sustainability and Social Issues".
