In the table on top of the page a list of all photoTAN devices that are connected to your account is shown.

You can change the Identifier by click on the edit symbol at the end of each row.

If you do not want to use a specific device for the photoTAN procedure any more you can delete it with the delete symbol at the end of each line.           

For Android and Apple iOS you may download the app in the respective app store for free.

We offer three easy ways to get there:

• Search for „Deutsche Bank photoTAN“ within your respective app store
• Enter the short-URL m.db.com/pte in the browser of your smartphone
• Scan the QR-Code displayed in the tab „download photoTAN app“             

You can order a photoTAN device in the online shop of GenoStore: https://genostore.de/db (in German language only)

1. Click on tab „lock photoTAN“.
2. Click on the button „lock photoTAN procedure“.
3. Confirm on the next page that the photoTAN procedure should be locked. Please note that the locking of the photoTAN procedure cannot be reverted by yourself.

2. Click on “order new activation letter”.
3. Confirm the request on the following page.
