To get an overview of the SMS messages you have sent:

1. Log in to online banking with your PIN code
2. Now click on "Security Procedures" in the navigation on the left
3. Select "maintain mobileTAN procedure" > "View sent SMS"

On the following page you will be given an overview of the SMS messages sent and the associated costs for the current month as well as the option of an overview of the last six months.

To change your mobile number:

1. Log in to online banking with your PIN code
2. Now click on "Security Procedures" in the navigation on the left
3. Select "maintain mobileTAN procedure" > "Edit mobile phone number"

On the following page you have the option of changing the mobile phone number to which your mobileTAN should be sent.

Note: Only mobile numbers from the German mobile network are supported by the mobileTAN procedure.

No, only German mobile telephone numbers are supported by the mobileTAN procedure.

To change your clearing account:

1. Log in to online banking with your PIN code
2. Now click on "Security Procedures" in the navigation on the left
3. Select "maintain mobileTAN procedure" > "Edit billing account"

On the following page, you have the option of changing the settlement account from which the fees for sent SMS messages are to be charged.

If no settlement account is displayed when you select the account, please contact your customer service.

To block your mobileTAN procedure:

1. Log in to online banking with your PIN code
2. Now click on "Security Procedures" in the navigation on the left
3. Select "maintain mobileTAN procedure"
4. Click on "execute" under "Block mobileTAN procedure"

You will then see a confirmation of the order.

Note: You do not need a separate TAN for confirming the blocking of the mobile TAN procedure. The blocking is effective immediately!
