To register proceed as follows:

1. Enter the mobile telephone number you wish to use for the mobileTAN procedure. Important: In the mobileTAN procedure, only German mobile telephone numbers can be used.
2. Select the charge account, from which the charges for sent SMS messages are to be debited.
3. Have your activation code sent to your mobile phone to check your mobile telephone number.
4. Enter the activation code sent to you by SMS.
5. Check your details and confirm these with the requested photoTAN (not a mobileTAN).
6. Your mobileTAN procedure will be activated within three days. You will receive a confirmation letter by post.
7. To use the mobileTAN procedure, register with db OnlineBanking via the “mobileTAN login” option.

In order to set up this service for you, we require your mobile telephone number.

Please note that only German mobile telephone numbers are supported by the mobileTAN procedure.

To check your mobile telephone number we send you an activation code in an SMS message. This SMS message is free-of-charge.

After you have finished entering your mobile telephone number and charge account details, please click in the third section of this screen on the “Send activation code” button.
