On this widget, the transactions are visualized in a donut chart which is grouped by categories. In general, the categorization is done for past and future transactions automatically.

You also have the option to make modifications and also manually categorize transactions from within the Transactions Page or the Analysis Page, and even define your own categorization rules during a given categorization or from within the Settings Page.

A bar chart shows your income and expenses for the last three months in comparison. Detailed monthly and annual reports can be accessed by clicking on "See details" which leads you to the "Analysis" page.

Within this widget you can see your total budget as well as the three most critical budgets based on the spending amount. The budgets are listed in descending order of budget consumption. Especially overrun budgets are shown.   

In this overview, you can see the five most important Savings Goals or Reserves. Here, you can see a selection of the Savings Goals or Reserves that are closest to their target amounts or have already achieved their individual goal.

This overview helps you to check your 5 latest expenses. Transactions between sub-accounts of the same branch/account number are excluded automatically.

Within this widget you can see at a glance, whether all of your transactions are already categorized - manually or automatically - or not. From here, it is possible to directly go and view all of the uncategorized transactions on the Transactions page in order to manually categorize them.

The diagram “Expenses” relates to the time range that is shown below the headline. The same applies to the data displayed in the “Categorization” widget. Solely the diagram “Cash Flow” always relates to the past three months beginning with the current month. The Budgeting Widget always reflects the status for the current month. The Savings Goals/Building Reserves Widgets are independent of time range selection.

In the widget “Categorization”, the number of categorized and uncategorized transactions is visualized and for this reason, the percentage value refers to the number of categorized transactions in relation to the number of all transactions within the time range displayed.

In the “Expenses” widget, the values of all transactions of a category are summed up and visualized. Therefore, the percentage value of the uncategorized transactions relates to the sum of the values of the uncategorized transactions.

Due to Data Privacy reasons, all the views in the FinancialPlanner relate to the currently logged in user of the Deutsche Bank Online Banking and can only be seen by this person. This means that for joint accounts there is no common view for different authorized persons. In a later stage of extension, the explicit release of the own Personal Financial Planning data for other authorized persons is scheduled.   

The functionality "Savings Goals" is only available to customers who use the FinancialPlanner for personal demands and “Building Reserves” is only available to customers who have activated the FinancialPlanner for business reasons. In general, the overview page can just show widgets of available functionality customized for the selected usage.
