If you did not receive a confirmation email after registration or change of your email address, please check:
- if the confirmation email was accidentally delievered to your spam directory,
- if your email address was stated correctly during the registration process. You can see this at "Change user data". If your email address was stated incorrectly, you can correct it there. After the correction, you will receive a new confirmation email automatically.
In the paydirekt portal at , you can also request a new email. You can find this option at "Email address" in your personal settings.
