If you want to end your access to paydirekt, you can choose the navigation item "Sign off". Please click on "Continue" and confirm your order with a TAN.
If your paydirekt sign off was not successful, this can have several reasons. One reason can be a preorder. Please check your transactions at www.paydirekt.de regarding open transactions. Another reason can be the fact that you reported a problem with an order and the process is not finished yet.
