• 'Variable with interest rate cap': The current interest rate may change in the event of interest rate adjustments by the European Central Bank. Details regarding interest rate adjustments can be found in your mortgage contract. In the event of interest rate adjustments the new interest rate will only fluctuate between the agreed lower and upper interest rate limits (floor/cap). The expiry date of the current interest rate period is shown in line 'End of limit period'.
  

Yes: You have the option to make an unscheduled repayment on your mortgage account once a year. Depending on the date of contract conclusion different rules apply:

• Mortgage contracts dated January 2014 onwards: you have the option to make an unscheduled repayment amounting to 5% of the original mortgage amount at the end of every month.

• Mortgage contracts dated December 2007 to December 2013: you have the option to make an unscheduled repayment amounting to 5% of the original mortgage amount on 31 March each year.

• Mortgage contracts until November 2007: Please find the specific rules for your unscheduled repayment option (time and amount) in your mortgage contract.
