In the saving phase, your Bausparvertrag display shows the following data:

• Contract number
• Building and saving amount
• Tariff variant
• Current valuation number
• Present account balance
• Account balance previous year
• Booked movements
• Special interest granted until December 31 of previous year
  (only for tariff variants with a special interest rate)

By selecting "Account", you can obtain a display of your other Bausparvertrag, provided they are registered for your db OnlineBanking. By selecting "Period" you can obtain a display of your building and saving movements during the current year or for the previous year.

In the loan phase, your Bausparvertrag display shows the following data

• Contract number
• Loan amount
• Tariff variant
• Present account balance
• Account balance previous year
• Booked movements

By selecting "Account", you can also obtain a display of any other Bauspardarlehen you may have, provided they are registered for your db OnlineBanking. By selecting "Period" you can obtain a display of your Bauspardarlehen for the current year or for the previous year.

The valuation number contains the period of time and the amount of savings (time x saving-system).Depending on the tariff and its future repayment contribution the loan performance also affects the growth of the valuation number It is the total amount of all increments in the valuation figure.

A loan under a Bausparvertrag becomes available for disbursement with a minimum valuation figure of 2,900.

Depending on the tariff there are various possibilities which have an effect on the growth of the valuation number und thus to influence the date of disbursement. For further information please contact your bank advisor.
