Securities search

In the securities search template, you can further restrict the search. The default setting is a stock search. You can also search for bonds, investment funds or warrants.

Enter the full name of the security or parts of the name of the security, if known, in the “name” entry box.

The search can be refined by selecting the “contains” or “begins with” radio buttons under “name”. These buttons indicate whether the search string you entered is part of the name of the security or if it is the beginning of the name of the security.

You can also enter the full ticker symbol of the security (or parts of it) in the “ticker symbol” entry box.

These buttons indicate whether the search string you entered is part of the ticker symbol of the security or if it is the beginning of the ticker symbol of the security. Using the radio button group, you can determine whether the search is for a WKN (German securities identification number) or an ISIN (International Securities Identification Number).
