Order Book

About the Order Book

The order book allows you to check the status of your order you have placed via Deutsche Bank. If required, you can modify and cancel an order.

Orders can get sorted by:

• Order entry (date & time)
• Order status (accepted, executed, deleted, rejected)
• Order type (at best, limit, stop)
• Transaction type (buy, sell, subscription/IPO, OEREF redemption)

Any open or recently executed order is listed. Each order will display essential details and reveal all details when clicked. Clicking the order will also allow the same to be modified or cancelled.

Order Deletion and Cancellation

Accepted Orders

Only accepted orders can get modified or cancelled. Exception are funds traded OTC: Those cannot get modified or cancelled once cut-off period has passed. Another exception are subscriptions, which can only get cancelled and re-ordered. If an order has been partially executed only the remaining order is listed.

Order Modification

The relevant order must get selected by clicking on it. This will display all order details as well as button “Amend order”. Click this button to amend selected order. Depending on order type, limit or stop value can get updated as well as order expiry date.

Some order details cannot get updated: Securities account, settlement account, security, quantity and market/exchange. Limit type also cannot get updated in all cases. An unlimited or limited order cannot get converted into a stop order or vice versa.

Next step will display a summary of the updated order. To submit the updated order enter the TAN and click “Validate Order” button.

If “Amend order” button is disabled then the selected order cannot get amended. If possible, delete the order and capture a new order reflecting updated values.

Order Cancellation

Select to order to cancel by clicking on it. This will reveal all order details as well as button “Delete Order”. Click this button to cancel the order. An order summary will be displayed so the order can get verified to ensure correct order has been selected. To submit the order cancel request enter TAN and click “Delete Order” button.
If button “Delete Order” is disabled in order book then the order cannot get cancelled anymore.

Executed and Deleted Orders

Executed orders cannot get modified or deleted. Deleted orders cannot get modified.
